The challenge lasts 5 minutes and begins with a "Buy-In":
Complete 1 rep per hand of each of the basic kettlebell juggling move:
- 1 Simple with the right hand / 1 simple with the left hand
- 1 Reverse Simple with the right hand / 1 Reverse Simple with the left hand.
- 1 Helicopter right hand / 1 Helicopter left hand
- 1 Oblique right hand / 1 Oblique left hand
- 1 Mug right hand / 1 Mug left hand
Then, in the time remaining, complete as many Reverse Simple's as possible.
Score = Number of reps x Kettlebell Weight in Kg
Rules:
- All flips are hand-to-hand.
- They must be done in the above order.
- Use any size kettlebell.
- You will receive 1 point for each rep completed; including the "Buy-In" reps
- The kettlebell can be placed on the ground. You can rest as needed.
- If you drop the kettlebell, you will not get a point for that rep.
